These are pictures of the client’s relaxed, natural standing posture, which is swayback. In the Before picture you can clearly see that her hips are not in alignment with her shoulders. In the After picture, again a relaxed, natural standing posture, the shoulders, hips and ankles are much more aligned. The swayback posture is reduced.

With kinesiology we can balance 42 muscles in relation to each other and this has a profound effect on posture.
