Kinesiology promotes true health as opposed to curing symptoms. Health is more than just the ‘absence of disease’.

True health means that all levels of our being are working well and in dynamic balance. It means our physical body is functioning at a peak and we wake up in the morning bright- eyed and bushy-tailed ready to meet the day, our minds clear and sharp. Our emotional life is rich, and we laugh a lot and we feel relaxed able to meet challenges. We are aware of our feelings and deal with them in a creative way. Our mental faculties of higher reasoning, inspiration, compassion and wisdom are functioning well, and we use them to create meaning and purpose in our lives.

Health is a spectrum: at the lower end is illness and disease and at the top True Health. Most people live somewhere in the middle of this spectrum.
